Example dynamic subscriber forms

• Some ready forms for visitors to subscribe.
  Forms 1 and 2 are dynamic; all available lists that you have defined as public are shown.
  Using form 3 the subscriber is simply inserted into the database without selecting a list. HIDDEN LIST can be nserted!
  Using form 4 you capture only the subscriber's email and he is inserted into the database without selecting a list.
• With the "Global un-subscribe" the user only has to enter his email to cancel all his subscriptions and be completely removed from your database.
• The "Update account" link allows for a more comprehensive subscription management.
